California Blog #16: Camping in California

 Now, what's the best thing you like to do in the whole world? Do you wanna go camping with me for the first time when I move back here? Well, this might be just what you'll be looking for.










When I come back and live here in the future, maybe I can get the chance to go camping. And maybe I'll take you guys with me for a special time (Leta & Mark Klaver). We can find a campground or a campsite that we can bunk in and hang out together. We'll put up a tent in a perfect spot that way we don't get bugged by insects or mosquitos, as long as I bring some bug spray along with me. I can pack my stuff with me including my music, my phone, maybe some movies or DVDs of TV shows I like, and maybe some packs of soda and foods. That's also camping gear. Aunt Leta can bring some stuff with her, and so does uncle Mark too. And who knows, maybe I'll take my mom or dad with me.

Uncle Mark and I can go on a long hike together while aunt Leta and my dad maybe somehow play a board game or play Go Fish on the bench. Uncle Mark would sometimes suggest fishing for trout or perhaps maybe nature walk. But watch out for grizzly bears. If there was one, we'd run for our lives as fast as we can. At night, we can hang out at the campfire, make some s'mores, tell stories, others.




My next idea for a summer occasion is maybe attend a summer camp somewhere in the northern California. That would also be pretty fun for such adventure. Maybe when I join a summer camp, maybe I can be one of the camp counselors or such. We can even do some summer camp activities, go swimming, play around in our cabins, watch flicks, etc. To do that, we need to find a summer camp somewhere in the northern California areas. And who knows, maybe I can bring my bee puppet with me and do some video shooting during summer camp. I'll bet the the campers and staff will love that. I'll also get to meet some friendly people, hang out, and do some parties and carnivals too. Wouldn't it also be nice if Uncle Mark would volunteer as camp counselor? He should. That would be awesome to give that a try.





Going camping can be like the time I enjoyed it a lot. My dad and I slept in the tent one time, and it was kinda bugging when there was a moth in the tent. And there was this one time, I joined a summer camp in Lawrence long time ago. I really enjoyed it a lot these two years. It was the best time of my life having fun there.

I hope that I will get to come back to California for my next future plan and go camping sometime soon. The possibilities are always endless.

California Blog #08: A Visit to Axtell Expressions

  Ever since the day I got my first Axtell puppet in Lawrence KS, it has always been my dream to entertain children, and start my puppet's own show on YouTube. So I would like to take my time to talk about Axtell Expressions. It all started in the month of February 2013 when I got my bee puppet delivered to my door. It was a best day of my life. Since I named him Buzzy, I got the chance to show my puppet to everyone in Lawrence. The school that I went to [Free State High School], Cordley Elementary [including Lois Orth-Lopes], and of course all of my friends in this town I lived in. They are so thrilled that they saw it. California Blog #11: 7-Eleven

  As I'm still working on my next future life in northern California, I'd like to take my time to talk to you about my daily trips to 7-Eleven in my spare free time. Whenever I come in to a 7-Eleven, I get myself a Slurpee of any kind that I like. Whether it's wild cherry, blue raspberry, pina colada, or Coca-Cola flavored, I'm always down with that. One time, my family and I were visiting 7-Eleven to get myself a Slurpee during vacation in California, and I tried a wild cherry Slurpee. And I gotta tell you, I almost got myself a brain freeze when I sipped too fast. We were in the car on the way. Visiting 7-Eleven reminds of the time I was in Kansas City with my dad while we were moving, and it was great. I wanted to pick out something besides a Slurpee, but it was all I can get here for now.
