California Blog #22: Welcome to Lake Tahoe

 Living in Northern California in the future can be a bit of a challenge. But when I think of living here once again, I've thought about one thing that my aunt Leta suggested. She and uncle Mark suggested visiting Lake Tahoe for the very first time. If you can look closely, you can see the beautiful lakeside. That's the south shore seen on the west. At Lake Tahoe, you can also see the view of the shore from California from here. If you liked my blog about camping in California, then get this. There's also hiking here in Lake Tahoe! And that part of Lake Tahoe is Fallen Leaf Lake. How's that for another scenery. Now if you look closely at this map, Lake Tahoe is located in both California and Nevada. As you look closely at these pictures taken from space, you can see the clear blue water in this lake. California Blog #21: San Francisco Zoo

 For those of you who loves visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium, it's time we do something special in California history that we haven't done since I went to the zoo in Kansas City. Introducing the San Francisco Zoo! Folks, this is something that we all like to do differently when I come back. I wanna take my family to the zoo in San Francisco and look at native and exotic birds and many wild animals. My aunt Leta and uncle Mark would love to see the zoo in San Francisco. Ever since, I went to the zoo for the first time in Kansas City, I was thrilled to see the animals from the wild. I loved seeing the animals on displays when my I learned a lot about animals in school. I really enjoyed watching Really Wild Animals on VHS long time ago and love seeing the wildlife footage on the screen. I also remember watching other shows on public television like Kratts' Creatures, Zoboomafoo, and Wild Kratts. And it inspired me as a kid to talk about wildlife. I even got to watch My Gym P...
