California Blog #14: The Boardwalk

 There's no other place I like going to than the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.


When I come back again in the future, I will always enjoy all the rides I love going on to. Like "The Giant Dipper", that ride was not that bad, in fact it was going really faster, I screamed so loud. The other rides I like is the logger ride. "Logger's Revenge". I gotta tell you right now, I got really wet because of the water (H2O). That other ride I got on was the Cyclone. We all got kind of dizzy, I thought I was gonna throw up. LOL. Last year at the Boardwalk, we all got to go on an adventure ride. That one was the Cave Train, and it was dark and got blacklight.

If there was another ride that I haven't tried in my life, it would be a choice between Double Shot, the Undertow, the Typhoon, or maybe the WipeOut.

There was this one other ride I went to. That ride was the Cliff Hanger. And I was imagining that I was flying in the air. I would close my eye and pretend that I'm in my own airplane.

That one time last year while at the boardwalk I also went to that other dark ride. It was called the Haunted Castle. It was absolutely scary as I covered my eyes entirely without any jump scares happening. Anyway, I also went to that family ride that goes forwards and backwards like a boomerang. The ride is called the Tsunami. I kept hanging on to the rail and not losing my balance, but it was fun. Another family ride I got to go on by myself is the Sea Swings. I knew that I was gonna swing out high over the beach, so I did anyway.

My next idea/example that would happen in the future when I move back here is that while at the Boardwalk, I wanna take a ride on the carousel with the Klavers along with my family. I'm really sure Kieran would love that one. If I can imagine one thing that would be fun, it would be that time in the future someone would be shooting a music video at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. That would be really cool for the next future.

My next idea for next time I come back here is that I can meet up with my friends for lunch or dinner at the Barbary Coast Restaurant, World Grill & Beer Garden, Surf City Grill, have some hot dogs on a stick, or maybe some pizza. Another idea would also be meeting my friends over for a drive-in movie here, play games at the Casino Arcade, go shopping, Neptune's Kingdom, or maybe play some mini-golf.

My dream about it is to come back here all the time so that we can all share plenty of memories at the Boardwalk together and on my own too. Another thing that's fun is watching concerts, sunbathing, and maybe do some barbeques at the beach too. Won't that be fun too. I hope that I don't get sunburnt. I'll make sure I bring my SPF-45. Sometimes when I get sunburnt, I have someone put some aloe on me so that I can cool off, like swimming.

So without further ado, I wanna plan on going to the Boardwalk once again and plenty of times, and then have so much fun here whenever I will enjoy life here in California. That's part of my future dream in my agenda.

P.S.  I might be able to bring my bee puppet with me and do some video shooting for my YouTube show too.

California Blog #08: A Visit to Axtell Expressions

  Ever since the day I got my first Axtell puppet in Lawrence KS, it has always been my dream to entertain children, and start my puppet's own show on YouTube. So I would like to take my time to talk about Axtell Expressions. It all started in the month of February 2013 when I got my bee puppet delivered to my door. It was a best day of my life. Since I named him Buzzy, I got the chance to show my puppet to everyone in Lawrence. The school that I went to [Free State High School], Cordley Elementary [including Lois Orth-Lopes], and of course all of my friends in this town I lived in. They are so thrilled that they saw it. California Blog #11: 7-Eleven

  As I'm still working on my next future life in northern California, I'd like to take my time to talk to you about my daily trips to 7-Eleven in my spare free time. Whenever I come in to a 7-Eleven, I get myself a Slurpee of any kind that I like. Whether it's wild cherry, blue raspberry, pina colada, or Coca-Cola flavored, I'm always down with that. One time, my family and I were visiting 7-Eleven to get myself a Slurpee during vacation in California, and I tried a wild cherry Slurpee. And I gotta tell you, I almost got myself a brain freeze when I sipped too fast. We were in the car on the way. Visiting 7-Eleven reminds of the time I was in Kansas City with my dad while we were moving, and it was great. I wanted to pick out something besides a Slurpee, but it was all I can get here for now.
