California Blog #10: Finding an Apartment
Here in the golden state of California, there's the beach, surfing, sun and sand, and plenty of nostalgia. And in here, there are plenty of places to live or stay there. There's apartments, homes, and there's condos to live in. So let's get the 411 on a list of apartments I can take a look at in the future when the time comes. So without further ado, this is my top 5 apartments to seek out for my next future.
5. Oceanview Apartments

Outside, there's a pool to swim in along with a patio to hang out and chill, play around, and barbecuing. A lot of people will enjoy that. And inside, there's two choices in every apartment floor. There's apartments with one bedroom, and there's apartments with two bedrooms.

There's even porches/balconies on the outside also. For starters, I picked this one as one of my favorites because it's got a really nice atmosphere and a relaxing view for a living. And FYI, it feels like I'm living the dream all over again. I also feel like this is paradise once again. And who knows if maybe one of my residents can help me out on my video projects. Maybe a little green screen time. Oh, and did I also mention that there's a gym too? Now you know. Cause there's a fitness center. And outside the patio next to the pool, there's a jacuzzi.
4. Pacific Shores

Here you can see the pools, the patio, the rooms, and everything in between. The way I see it is like a whole room with a view kind of thing. I like that one because it's also a great place to come up with a media room inside the apartment floor. And the best part is, it's real close to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. I wonder if there's a garage somewhere outside. Guess we'll have to find out about that.
3. San Lorenzo Apartments
As a studio apartment with either one bad and bathroom or two bed and one bathroom, it's a quite atmosphere for neighbors who live there. It's got a locked laundry room on site which gives them a piece of mind when they do laundry. It's a great location within walking distance to the Boardwalk or Downtown, even maybe bike riding too. A little privacy and a little space goes a long way for San Lorenzo.

Over here, you can see the playground is also located. You can also tell about the sculptures of two stick figures running. Whenever I walk past the playground of the apartment, I can feel the sand on my feet. Did I mention about the benches for when residents can have a picnic, read, write stories, or anything else. Well, you do now. Can someone please explain to me why there's a basketball court and skate park to go with it too though?

2. Five55 Pacific Avenue

Let's be honest with you. I think as a result, Five55 counts as a luxury beachside place to live also. It can also count as another idea to me to live in. Whenever you want to have a pizza party, invite friends over for a dinner party, catch a sunset from the rooftop deck, walk around downtown or along the beach, or maybe play a little foosball or exercise in the gym, it's the perfect place to live. We all know about the bathrooms, living rooms, and the bedrooms inside this luxury living. You can also see the outdoor kitchens on the rooftop.

1. The Sands Apartments
Okay, let's be clear. The Sands Apartments is the lifestyle of a beautiful community that's just steps to world class surfing locations, the Boardwalk, shopping centers and restaurants. This place makes people close to home. I know I said it before on the inside of the apartments before.

For me in the future when I move back there, I want an apartment in California that fits my lifestyle. On the outside, one with a pool, jacuzzi, a gym, an outdoor patio, and a beautiful atmosphere close to the boardwalk and the beach. And on the inside, a living room for my TV and Playstation 4, a kitchen, a bedroom, a closet, a media room of my own, a bathroom, and a place to do my laundry. It's gonna take a while to make it happen, but we gotta realize that it's takes a lot of time to do it. Another thing that would be fun while living in an apartment when I move back there is that I can make new friends/roommates, and maybe have them help me with my video projects, spend a little quality time, hang out, have indoor parties, and have plenty of fun there. Also inside the living room and bedroom, plenty of room for my posters, the artwork, and others. A media room for my computer and keyboard would be pretty cool to be a part of too. Perhaps maybe come up with both a blue screen and green screen for chroma effect shots.
And with your help along with my family, we'll make this plan a success.
- My honorable mentions are:

If you like this blog, let me know on this and we'll talk more about it in the future. Cause now that I enjoy watching Disney Plus and Netflix, and playing video games too, I really miss watching digital cable channels from back in the day. But the digital cable will wait for a little while now, cause I'm already Netflix and chilling right now. And that's the truth. Pffffft.
